3-Days Z’bar to Serengeti with Four Seasons Lodge

Your safari adventure begins early, with a 6:00 AM pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar. Your driver will take you to the airport for a morning flight directly to the Serengeti, arriving around 11:00 AM. Upon landing, your dedicated driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you and provide a short introduction to the Serengeti.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in the heart of the Serengeti. At 7:30 AM, your driver will meet you at the Four Seasons Safari Lodge, setting off at a time when the savannah is teeming with life. Mornings are ideal for spotting big cats like lions and leopards as they wind down from their nighttime hunts. You'll also see plenty of grazing animals such as zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes as the day begins.

After soaking in the rich wildlife activity of the Serengeti, you’ll depart in the afternoon for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey offers stunning scenery as you transition from vast grasslands to the cooler, green highlands. Enjoy sweeping views and changing terrain along the way.

Upon arrival, you'll check into your lodge located near the Ngorongoro Crater, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Get a good night’s rest tomorrow, you’ll descend into one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders.

Your final day on safari begins bright and early. At 7:30 AM, your driver will pick you up for a full-day game drive inside the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater — often called the "Eighth Wonder of the World." This natural amphitheater is home to one of Africa’s densest populations of wildlife, offering excellent chances to see the Big Five in one place.

As you descend into the crater, you’ll find yourself in a thriving ecosystem where lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and leopards roam freely. You’ll also encounter zebras, wildebeests, hippos lounging in the water, and a rich variety of birds around the crater’s lake.

After a morning filled with remarkable sightings, you’ll enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking views. Later in the afternoon, you'll begin the drive back to Arusha Airport, where you’ll catch your 5:00 PM flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel — marking the end of a truly unforgettable safari experience.
